Quality control is an integral part of the winemaking process and thus automatically extends to contract processing.

Our HACCP accreditation is also very much at play here. Every step in the winemaking process is closely monitored by the winemaking team, who are backed by a fully-trained team of cellar hands, laboratory technicians and production crew. The expertise of our experienced team of winemakers and our viticulturist is always available to support the decisions of the winemaker and our customer.
