 Want to make wine but dont have a winery? Think Contract Winemaking...
Flying Fish Cove offers winemaking services to growers and wine branders throughout Western Australia, who don't wish to invest in their own production facilities, but want to convert their fruit into product for their own wine labels and also to other wineries that require additional capacity.  

Additionally the winemaking expertise at Flying Fish Cove extends to making wine for the global market and our HACCP accreditation facilitates this process in many countries. 

Flying Fish Cove, a contract winemaking facility established in 2000 and based in Margaret River's Wilyabrup sub-region, currently produces wine for approximately 24 customers.

Flying Fish Cove has the capacity to crush 2,200 tonnes of fruit. The tank farm holds 1.6 million litres of wine, whilst almost 2,000 barrels are stored on site in our climate controlled barrel store.
