That’s why Flying Fish Cove has invested a lot into our on-site “state of the art” Laboratory. It’s jam packed with the very latest in equipment run by our friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and highly qualified staff. 

We offer a wide range of services from basic wine analysis, grape maturity testing, the latest enzymatic testing to stability and fining trials. No matter what your needs might be we have it covered!

We also offer a special ‘monthly report’ for our customers with wine in storage. This includes a fully graphed statistical report of your wine and also includes winemaker’s notes. These are sent out on a monthly basis to keep our customers up to date with how their wine is maturing on-site. And of course giving you peace of mind that your wine is getting the “attention to detail” it deserves.

You don’t even have to make wine at here to take advantage of our laboratory services. Our laboratory is conveniently located in heart of the Margaret River wine region, making our facility easily and readily available to businesses that may require wine analysis or even just old fashion friendly advice at a competitive price.
