Sparkling Base wine process

With the facilities of Flying Fish Cove to whole bunch process grapes, via our whole bunch conveyor directly into our membrane bag press; coupled with the new "cremant" programme on our 4 year old 15 tonne "Bucher" press; we are able to produce the base product for sparkling wine in the traditional way.

This is a specialized and vital service for the production of high quality sparkling wines, which, according to industry trends, have enjoyed a considerable increase in popularity amongst consumers in the last few years; particularly in Margaret River.

Flying Fish Cove then have avenues to help facilitate traditional methode sparkling production.
