Young Winemaker of the Year - Ryan Aggiss |

 We are very pleased to announce the youngest member of our winemaking team – Ryan Aggiss – as the Wine Societies Young Winemaker of the Year 2009, announced at a gala dinner held in Sydney on the 20th November 2009.
In a space of 9 years the event has become nationally regarded as recognising the most significant achievements of the young Winemakers throughout Australia and New Zealand. Certainly this is a huge honour and one that we as a team believe Ryan – with his devotion and enthusiasm to his work - is well deserved to receive.
Ryan won this award from entries submitted from the Flying Fish brand of wines; namely the 2008 Chardonnay and 2008 Cabernet Merlot.
Not only does this achievement promote the skill of the winemaking staff but also the excellence of wines being produced through the winery.
